Where this comes from, in my own words.
Hi,
I spent years building software for companies with real engineering teams: SaaS, fintech, e-commerce. Rooms full of people whose whole job was making sure a change shipped the day it was asked for.
Then I watched local owners wait three weeks for a one-line change to their opening hours, chase their web guy twice, and get an invoice that took longer to write than the fix. Small businesses get the same internet as everyone else and none of the service.
Webtrigo is built against that. We rebuild the site before you pay a cent, from your own photos, prices and reviews, and you compare it to your current one on your phone. Changes go by email and land the same day. Once a month you get a note in plain words: what changed, what it did, what we're trying next.
We can do that because most of the work is software we built ourselves: one build system that does the rebuilding, one set of checks that runs on every site we look after, one inbox where every request lands. The software does the repeating. The judgment I do with you: what to lead with, what to leave out, what to try next.
A few things we won't do. We won't put you in a ticket queue. We won't hand you a dashboard to learn. We won't hold your domain: it stays in your name, and if we ever stop being worth it, we help you leave properly.
